How to Change an Oil Painting You Don't Like (Part 1)

If you've got an old oil painting laying around that you just don't like, or something in it just isn't working for you, don't throw it away - change it.

I've put together a series of videos to show how I changed an oil painting that started with a cardinal but ended with a different creature. I encourage all my oil painting students to do the same thing - dig out that oil painting that you gave up on years ago and improve it. Don't be afraid to mess it up - you already don't like it!
